Frequently Asked Questions

That’s great to hear, we strive to get you top dollar for your item. Paired with our lowest fees in the industry, you get to keep most of the profit as well!

Step 1: Create an account. This can be done by hitting the “Sign Up” button at the top right of your screen or by hitting any one of the green “Sell With Us” buttons on our homepage.

Step 2: Now that you have an account and are signed in, proceed to the “Sell With Us” form by hitting any one of the green “Sell With Us” buttons located on the homepage.

Step 3: Select either the “Firearm” tab or “Everything Else” tab depending on what you’re wanting to sell. Fill out all the details on the form, and hit submit, it’s that easy! If you selected the “shipping” box on the delivery type section and need a label, please wait for us to reach out and provide you one. This cost will be deducted from your total payout once your auction item ends. 

Step 4: We will then reach out and approve your item for auction. It can then either be dropped off at our warehouse or dropped of at your local Canada Post/UPS for shipping. Once we receive your item, we will process it and put it up for auction for the length of time and minimum bid price listed on your form.

Step 5: Once your auction item ends, it will be awarded to the highest bidder. Once the buyer pays for the item (we have a 3 day rule), we wait 5 days for payment to clear and you’ll be sent an Interac e-Transfer to your account email for that final bid amount minus our seller fees. Fees can be found at the bottom of our website under the “Terms and Conditions/Fees” link or at the bottom of the “Sell With Us” form.

Step 1: Make sure you have an account and are logged in. If you need to create an account or login hit the “Sign up” or “Sign In” button at the top right of your screen. Fill out your details.

Step 2: Navigate to any listing you’re interested in and click on the image or text. You’ll then load the product page and from there you are able to place a bid on the item. To make things easy, we incorporated an auto-bidding feature that allows you to enter the highest amount you’re willing to pay, and our system will automatically outbid every bidder for you by the minimum increment amount, up to your amount you just entered.

Step 3: When the countdown timer ends on that listing, the highest bidder wins the item. The winning bidder will have an email sent to them and a link to pay for their item. Your won auction can also be found in your account page under “Auctions” and payment can be completed by hitting the “Pay” button beside the won listing. You have 3 days to complete payment before the listing is awarded to the next highest bidder.

If you need your item shipped, shipping is calculated at the time of checkout with live real rates by both Canada Post and UPS. Firearms must be shipped via Canada Post, and Ammunition through UPS by law. We will call you to get these adjusted if they were selected incorrectly. Everything else can be shipped by your preferred currier.

Although we aren’t open to the public, we do offer pick up and drop-offs at our warehouse. However please make sure you have completed your “sell with us” form for all items before dropping them off, as that’s needed before we can list your items for auction. For pickups, please wait until you receive your email confirming you’ve paid and are good to go. We appreciate all of our local customers, so please reach out if you need anything, we’d love to help!

For each listing you want to create, submit a new auction listing form. Items can be bundled, but we strongly recommend separating items for maximum overall bids and cash yield. All items can be sent at the same time under one shipping label, and we’ll spit up the items and list them as per the auction listing submissions.

As per the auction rules and guidelines, you’re responsible to uphold and honor that bid if you’re the winner. An account ban of 1 month will be issued, and a second offense will result in a permanent ban. Other serious buyers miss out, and the price may artificially be increased by creating bids you don’t intent on following through on. In the result of a non payment of a completed auction, the second highest bidder will be awarded the listing.

In the event of zero bids on your expired listing, you’ll have the option to re-list your item, or have your item sent back to you at your expense with a 5% re-listing/processing fee. We strongly encourage you to make your starting bid as low as you possibly can. Bidding activity is good for your listing, and having a stale listing with no bids creates less competition and generally results in a lower final price.
